Security Deposit

Elliott Pointe has a $500 security deposit. This is a refundable deposit. Please note, this deposit may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references.

Parking

Reserved Garage parking is available for an additional $150/month for single lot parking and $250/month for tandem lot parking.

Pet Policy

Four-legged friends are welcome at Elliott Pointe Apartments!
Elliott Pointe Apartments has a maximum of $300 pet deposit. This is a refundable deposit.

Up to two pets are allowed per home (example: two dogs or two cats, or if you are brave, one dog and one cat).
There is an additional $50 per month charge/per pet.

We’re sorry, we do have a weight restriction on dogs and some breed restrictions. Not all residents are comfortable with some breeds of dogs and we want to be respectful of that. Please ask the property manager for more information.
